Tori + Andrew’s Fayetteville, Arkansas wedding in February was nothing short of fabulous! Let me first say that not every bride comes to her first meeting and plops down a giant binder chock full of every single detail she envisions for her day – but Tori is no ordinary bride! This girl loves a detail, and isn’t afraid to get in the trenches and make things happen! There were so many special moments for Tori + Andrew’s wedding guests that were SO carefully executed! I just want to share a few of my favorites with you!

LOVE

Look at that shared smile! Dale Benfield just does a stellar job with that gorgeous hazy winter afternoon light – and this is no exception!

CUTE KIDS

Her mini-me’s! How adorable are these flower girls?! And how precious will it be for them to have this image when they walk down the aisle themselves in a few short years?

Pomegranates!

Pomegranates everywhere! Tori grabbed onto a theme and ran with it – in color and in specific details like this – the head table’s place settings were accented with pomegranates calligraphed with each guest’s name on it!

But this may be my most favorite ring picture EVER!

Transformation!

Flips are never easy, but when they are carefully orchestrated, transforming one space into another in just a few short minutes, and when you have an all-hands-on-deck team like The Chancellor Hotel, it sure makes a stressful half hour a whole lot easier! This intimate ceremony space soon became the back half of the reception room, created to have a Secret Garden feeling!

Here’s a closeup of that fabulous mantel design – what you really can’t see well is one of my favorite details of the whole event – that stunning mirror has Tori + Andrew’s monogram on it – a special keepsake that they can keep forever in their home!

And at the beginning of the ceremony, Tori and Andrew’s cousins placed lanterns for all of their dear grandparents who could not be with them on their special day.

She even had a special surprise for her parents – Tori walked down the aisle to the same song as her mother did years earlier – Roberta Flack’s “The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face” – the moment they realized it was SO precious!

The Flowers!

And let’s go closer, still… Look at these incredible florals by Jules Design Event Florals! Massive King Protea, garden roses for days, and more eucalyptus than you can imagine!

Details…

Remember those pomegranates? And that flip? Here’s a little peek at that part of the room… We even had assigned “seating zones” based on different states and their importance to Tori + Andrew’s relationship!

Another view of the intense color in these marvelous florals!

Do you spy another of that fabulous winter fruit, carefully tucked into the gorgeous invitation suite from Elle Bee Designs? Love love that common thread running through every detail!

This CAKE.

Seriously. Shelby Lynn’s Cake Shoppe. I don’t think anything else needs to be said! It’s hard to believe it, but this masterpiece was even more delicious than it was beautiful!

And THIS little piggy was just a sweet little golden homage to our beloved Razorbacks! You know an Arkansasan loves their Hogs – and a Fayetteville wedding just isn’t complete without a little splash of WPS!

TREATS

Moonshine distilled by Andrew’s uncle and specially bottled just for the couple? Yes please! This is the perfect little takeaway!

Signature Cocktails

if you know me, you know a fancy drink is one of my weaknesses! The Chancellor’s amazing catering staff created specialty cocktail flavors inspired by our theme and colors – Pomegranate Margarita, Peach Bellini and a delicious Raspberry Lemonade for those who still wanted a fancy, but minus the kick! How about those precious monogrammed stirrers?

ARTISTIC, INCREDIBLE SHOES (and pictures of them)

I adore shoes, even insanely high Cinderella heels that you may never again slip on your feet, but ohhhh these Badgley Mischka beauties!!! I know Tori will CREATE a reason to wear them again!

And can we all pause for a minute to just adore Tori’s insanely beautiful Pronovias gown from Tesori? How about a dapper Andrew in Michael Kors from Beau Tuxedo?

GLAM

I love a pretty detail shot of all the bride’s baubles – among those cute golden piggies and jeweled cuffs and killer earrings and glamorous lace garters is the most wonderful little detail that few would notice – a tiny guardian angel pin that belonged to Tori’s Grandmother! It was attached to Tori’s bouquet so that she could be close to her!

There are so many other special details – Tori and Andrew really thought through everything for their guests and our team just had the best time wedding planning with her!
